Tuition
As a parochial Catholic school, our operating budget this year is funded solely by tuition payments made by parents, our Foundation and donations. Tuition for the school year is based on faculty and staff salaries, benefits and other educational costs.
Tuition may be paid monthly, semi-annually, or annually. A tuition schedule is published below and updated yearly in February. The only fee apart from tuition is registration.
School families who are active, participating parishioners of Our Lady of Fatima pay a discounted tuition rate. In order to qualify for this discount, school families are expected to be registered at OLF, attend Sunday Mass weekly at OLF, evidenced by using offertory envelopes. Families who do not fulfill these requirements do not qualify for the active, participating Family discounted tuition rate. Participation rates are verified through the parish office.

Payment Schedule
The first month’s tuition is PAYABLE BY AUGUST 15, 2024. If a payment is not received by the 15th, it is considered delinquent. A $35 fee for delinquent payments is required. All tuition for the 2024-25 school year must be paid in full by MAY 15, 2025.
Tuition collection is administered by FACTS. As a courtesy, families may select a payment plan (rather than paying in full in August). All tuition is to be sent to FACTS.

50% of the registration fee is due and payable at the time of registration or re-registration. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance of the registration fee due date is MAY 15, 2024.
*Re-registration is not open to families with delinquent accounts.
